PA & Projection Package

In rooms with sufficient space, a rear projection screen can be used. This option will hide any cables and projection equipment, but it does have a more discreet appearance.

The powerful and clear PA system can be situated at strategic points around the room and is suitable for up to 100 delegates. An additional pair of speakers will cater for up to 200 delegates.

The Full Corporate Package includes up to three microphones (corded or wireless systems available) and stands. A basic lectern for notes and box stand is included in all the Corporate Packages.

Additional facilities such as CD players can be used for background music or sounds to compliment or enhance your event.

Evening Entertainment

If you want to round off the formalities with some entertainment for your guests, we can provide the disco or karaoke for you and your guests to enjoy in the evening. If your company has something to celebrate or if you want to reward your customers or employees, this is the perfect way to end the day.

Additional Corporate Services

If the stage or presentation area is poorly or inappropriately lit, we can add additional lighting to highlight the important areas of the room. This includes the dimming of the area surrounding the projection screen for when you want to highlight a video and then return the attention of your guests to the speaker.

We have also introduced the option to have digitally controlled LED lighting to change the appearance or mood of the room. Your venue may not permit the décor in the room to be changed and if they do, the costs to change and then return the room to the previous state would be substantial. However, with LED lighting we can change the appearance of the room without having to redecorate.

Almost any colour can be achieved with LED lighting and we can even have different parts of the room in different colours.

As each event is tailored to your specific needs, it would be difficult to give specific prices for each event, but our basic pricelist can seen on the Corporate Pricing page.

Hire agreements include the delivery and setup within 40 miles of Darlington - additional travelling charges of 50p per mile, toll road fees or parking charges will be added to any work undertaken.

A full-day event constitutes a block period of eight consecutive hours between the hours of 8.30am and 6.30pm. A half-day package is considered as a block period of four hours between the hours of 8.30am and 6.30pm.
