Graduation Balls

There's an old saying that if it happens in America, it'll soon arrive in the UK.  That is most certainly the case with Graduation Balls.  This phenomenon now takes a prominent part of the educational calendar and students enjoy the opportunity to mark the end of their exams or their time at either school, college or university.

It is always a pleasure to work at these events.  The attendees are always in high spirits and despite the many poor thoughts people have of the youth of today, all of the Graduation Balls I have worked at have had the most well-behaved people I have come across.  These young adults were a pleasure to entertain and they have all thoroughly enjoyed their special night.

I always enjoy performing at Graduation Balls and it is good to see that the ladies put on their best frocks and the gentlemen always make sure they look incredibly respectable and smart in their suits.

With such a narrow range of people in attendance, I usually find that the guests enjoy their modern indie, chart, dance and R&B.  However, they are also known to really enjoy the old party anthems.

If you are organising such a memorable event for students, please remember that the Graduation Ball will be one of the last memories they have of their school, college or university days.  Would you really want them to leave on a sour note with an inferior DJ?
