Harry Mears of Mellow Moments, trained as a musician while in the army and he now provides an easy listening service for all types of function.

Another premier North East function band that I have had the pleasure of working with. The Dean Solomon Band can perform a wide spectrum of music for your wedding, party, ball or corporate event.
Laughing Jacks are a Newcastle based wedding and function band. The six-piece outfit performs many styles of music, including: rock, pop, soul and jazz. The band is regarded as one of the top function bands in the North and we will be working together to give our clients a night to remember.
If you're a big fan of the music from Bryan Adams, I would thoroughly recommend hiring or going to see The Bryan Adams Experience. The band is fronted by Stuart who has a striking resemblance and singing voice to the man they pay tribute to. The band have performed all around the UK and Europe and I've had the pleasure of their company in the radio studio and also seeing them perform on-stage. Jump The Q are a leading function band that provides professional quality entertainment for the North East of England. The band is made up of professional musicians and can be booked for weddings and many other celebrations.
Wedding Fireworks can help make your special event stand out and be remembered for years to come. From the small private event through to a large public display, 21st Century Fireworks can provide a tailored package for your special occasion. Each show is unique and customers have the option for music to accompany their display. I will be working with this professional company throughout 2009 (and beyond) at events throughout the North East of England.
Professional photographer, Tim Stewart, specialises in wedding photography, but is available for any other photographic work you may want. Tim Stewart also works with digital image manipulation and restoration.
Diamond Photography are based in Hartlepool, Cleveland in the North East of England. They offer a range of professional photography services, including wedding photography, portrait photography, baby portraits, family portraits, model portfolios and school prom photography.
If you wish to record your event and wonderful memories onto DVD, CD-ROM or VHS tape, Classic Wedding Video, is run by Keith Jackson who offers to give you a truly professional wedding video, with the least fuss.

Another excellent resource for people who are looking to find a DJ for their event. All of the featured companies on this directory are members of the recognised National Association of Disc Jockeys.
Originally run by Nigel Stead and now by his son Mike, Phase One, has established itself as one of the premier mobile disco equipment suppliers in the North East. The company has branched out into online trading and was the winner of the Internet and E-commerce Award at the Tees Valley Business Awards 2007. North East of England Regional Portal
A regional portal database about the North East of England. This extensive regional portal database covers the five counties of Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, County Durham, Cleveland and Cumbria.
UK-Disco is a comprehensive directory for people to find a DJ. After a few clicks of the mouse button, customers can get access to Disc Jockeys from their own area. Customers should look out for the NADJ, PLI, PAT and Pro Dub License verification system that is in place on this site. Please make sure you hire a company with these in place.
The Enterprise Agency is a not-for-profit organisation that helps promote the rural areas of the North East of England. The agency was founded to support the local economy by offering support, advice training and specialist knowledge to businesses. Two of the brands the agency are involved are the Durham Dales and the Teesdale Gateway.
